1. Make friends with successful people and occasionally buy them gift and surprise them with lunch because successful people always give and hardly get, so when you give them, they value the gift a lot.
2. Get a mentor and follow his instructions and respect the relationship. Never beg your mentor for money or disrespect his or her privacy.
3. Make new positive friends as often as possible and ensure you keep the communication line open. Create a network of friends and not just connections.
5. Show kindness to everyone. Some small boys today will be big boys tomorrow. The biggest dog in the neighborhood was once a puppy. And keep the information/secret to yourself.

7. Listen to speeches and messages from great teachers. Both religious and educational.

You may already know that Nigeria is the largest black nation in the world and the most populous nation in Africa.
You may already know that Nigeria has great dependency on crude oil, plus all the other opinions of David Cameron. Here are 20 unpopular facts about Nigeria. 1. Are you aware that all over the world
Nigerians are setting the pace and becoming the standard by which others measure themselves? Do you know? 2. In the US, Nigerians are the most educated immigrant community. Type it into Google and you’ll see it. Not one of the most educated, the most educated. 3. 60% of Nigerians in the US have college degrees. This is far above the American national average of 30%. 4. Nigerians in US are one of the highest earners, typically earning 25% more than
the median US income of $53k. 5. In Ivy League schools in Europe and America, Nigerians routinely outperform their peers from other nations. 6. A Nigerian family, The Imafidon family, have officially been named the smartest…

Martin Luther King Jnr famously said “no lie can live forever”. I assembled a team of MMM critics and together we spent days researching the dark secret behind MMM’s unbelievable 30% return on investment promise. Our recurring question was “how has MMM consistently delivered 30% profit for millions of people”?
We sought to find out first from participants, majority of whom seem not to have a deep understanding of how the 30% is being generated. Our questionnaire was filled with answers like “I don’t know o but it is real. You better join us”. Other comments include the following; “it is God sent, it is a miracle in this recession. God sent mmm”, “I think it is a fraud but I want to make as much as possible before they run away”.
The feedback from our questionnaire left us with more questions than answers. A few people tried to explain that MMM operates on banking principles. This got my team and I more confused. We decided to visit their website to read what MMM says about itse…

Friendship is a very essential relationship for a happy and successful life journey. It is one of the core relationships one should develop and maintain in other to have a memorable and enjoyable life. Life is easier and more fun with genuine friends: People with whom you can be yourself completely without fear or shame.      In this world of falsehood and a strong desire to impress and meet people's expectations. Talk, dress and behave in a certain way to be accepted. One of the most salient benefits of having friends is that you can be yourself. No faking, no need to impress.      Friends will be there for you even when some family members may not. Friends become family, they believe in you sometimes more than you believe in yourself. They know you enough to help you even with things you never knew about yourself. Everybody needs a friend. We all can do better and live sweeter lives with genuine friends. (why we all need friends)      A Major reason people shy away from…

I write to ambitious folks like me who desire to call the shots in a few years to come in various works of life. Youths who want to hold the  stakes in the future and determine events in industries and fields.

Be it in politics, business, career or other endeavours, if you have the fire of ambition burning in your veins, the desire to get more out of life, to squash mediocrity, poverty and obscurity, then this post is for you.    It is with a sense of urgency that I announce to you that "the future is up for sale". The future of which we all seek. The current stakeholders of today have put the future up for sale. Anyone can buy who has the currency to purchase it.    It's not as though the current holders have any choice. They  didn't put it up willingly, just that it is not in their powers to hold on to it, Left with them they will own it forever. The future belongs to no one by inheritance. Even the current holders can only make plans to secure their plac…

One thing you must understand early as a youth is that success is holistic. That means it it all round, there are few things that are absolutely necessary for a happy and fulfilled life, These are the things you must strive to get right and be a success at. Everything else may be needed as just additions. If you fail in one key area of your life, all other areas will be affected. even your other successes will be over shadowed by this one failure, your life will not be the sweetest and happiest, you will not love your life lived in the end. Regret will be inevitable.

People are clamouring for many things, fighting legally and illegally so succeed in different endeavours, but only few things really do matter. Have you discovered them? Everything doesn't weigh the same in importance. People have areas of their lives that are critical to their success and ultimate joy in life individually. Success in other areas hinge on success in that's things.

I hear it being debated very often "must everyone go to school"? People aptly support their argument against by stating the fact that most graduates are poor and Jobless while some of the richest men in the world where school dropouts.        That can be a valid argument against going to school if indeed making money and becoming wealthy is the sole aim of getting into school,  and for the graduates that are Jobless, a lot of factors are responsible which we will consider. The fact that some people never got educated even when they went to school and the truth of government involvement in Job creation should not be blamed on the school system. The curriculum is not as helpful but still, people get what they need from the system when engaged with the appropriate activities and mindset. Not wanting to make an argument for going to school, I just want to present few reasons I feel are cogent enough to consider going to school an absolute neccesity in this gestation e…

Everyone pursues success in life. Success in one endeavor or another. It is human nature to seek to succeed, success signifies growth which is a major characteristic of all living things.        Failure on the other hand is dreaded. Nobody embarks on a project and hopes to fail in the end, Even when failure is seen as part of the cumulative process leading to success, nobody still enjoys to fail. It is painful and undesirable. But if handled appropriately one can harness the potentials of previous failures  to ultimately win.      The essence of this post is to highlight the first principles of success that will ensure we eventually win irrespective of the enterprise we are engaged in. These are long standing certainties about success that must be known ever before success is vehemently desired.
This is because myths and misunderstandings surrounding this concept of success is the Main reason people fail. When one is working under false assumptions and conclusions that are c…

There is a saying that if you want anything hidden from a Blackman, put it in a book. That is because he will never come across it in that he never reads. Someone may say "what an insult to the blacks"  but the truth is that Ignorance is the number 1 problem of the black man and with ignorance cones it's elder brother "poverty". Poverty is the major identifiable problem everyone wants to address in Africa, but it's root cause is ignorance and illiteracy. Lack of relevant information. Knowledge, is referred to as light, and with it comes civilization and development. Knowledge from Information develops and equips the mind. It sharpens the person  and positions him for creativity and value creation. With value creation comes wealth generation and societal influence     Lack of information is ignorance which is synonymous with darkness. Ignorance is a disease especially of the poor. Poverty is only a deficiency of the mind to invent, create value a…

In this season of unsuitable economic conditions, there is a need to track ones expenses, to know where money is going to and what it is being spent so that we can curtail unnecessary spending and wastage. We can use our money more meaningfully and it can last longer. The unreasonable unemployment level in our society calls for youths who are starting up I  life to do something proactive about their financial lives    Saving money and accumulating it to be used in some business venture or investment is a necessity for Nigerian youths. But one cannot save money if She does not have the skills of tracking expenses For many Nigerian Youths and students, it is not that they do not have money passing through their hands. It it that they cannot account for all that money. Not armed with knowledge and discipline, even those who have rich parents or Guardians or who are under scholarships of one sort with reasonable income monthly usually end up with no savings at all. (why you should s…
